Villa Maria Group enriches its "Health" offer also through companies that produce and commercialise modern health equipment, placed at disposal of the holding's health facilities.

The Group has a centralized purchasing management system which is carried out through a company that purchase everything needed by all the structures of the holding.
The know-how and experience of  a team of qualified professionals enables the Group also to work for indipendent customers in the fields of safety of the environments, of health control, of work medicine, cleaning sanification and maintenance of the equipment. Other companies handle technical management, consultancy in terms of clinical engineering and health building: the services offered are completed by the organisation, assistance and management of administrative and accounting functions.

EUROSETS

Founded in 1991, Eurosets is a company international leader in the production of medical equipment for autotransfusion, heart surgery and orthopaedics.
Located in the biomedical district of Medolla (Modena) over the years it has specialized in products for extracorporeal circulation used in the operating theatres, and also device used in intensive care unit or in hospitalisation wards.

A team of professionals is constantly hocked in the planning and search of new advanced products that have allowed to Eurosets to develop a complete range of medical devices conquering a position of respect on the international market.
An oxygenator for adults was recently launched, being a fundamental component in cardio-surgical operations with the "heart stopped": the research activity for the creation of the product, which is at the centre of attention of worldwide competitors, took two years.

With a network of sellers in growth, Eurosets, during the last years has widened its own activity to a large extent of the European market, also looking with increasing interest Japan and the Asian countries.
The renewed factory extend itself on an area of 10 thousands square meters and is included in an industrial district working in the biomedical sector that altogether employs 4.200 people.

Eurosets has a Quality System certified ISO 13485 by TÜV Product Service GmbH of Monaco (Germany) and is registered as "workshop of production" of medical and surgical devices by the Italian Ministry of Health.

KRONOSAN

AQS

Environment, Quality and Safety: are three important topics of AQS company, that born in 1999 with the aim to offer a complete range of services that sweep from the quality cercification of the enterprises to the risk management, from the food sanitary regulation (with the predisposition of plans and brochures of cleaning, maintenance and control rules), to the environmental and technological safety and to the respect of law's prescriptions (n. 626/1994).

The team of AQS is formed by electronic engineers, biomedical engineers, health phisicists, graduates in scientific,  environmental, economic and statistic subjects and doctors specialized in occupational medicine.

In 2002 AQS obtained the Quality Certification ISO 9001:2000.

GVM ENGINEERING

An hospital in the vanguard: this is the mission of GVM Engineering, company established in 1999 and that has joined the competences and abilities of professionals and technicians for many years engaged inside Villa Maria Group.
GVM Engineering develops and handles, on the whole national territory and abroad, the consultancy services for the engineering and designing of health structures, and is also a general contractor for their production. The experience acquired inside the Group, has allowed to the GVM Engineering to develop a notable competence in the planning and /or execution of civil and plant works with a specific know-how in this field and with particular attention to environmental respect.

Such knowledges allow the realization of structures with an advanced hotel and technological format (with particular choises on the materials and finishes) in the respect of the Group's philosophy which is determined to put the persona at the centre of its attention.

Among the services carried out: planning of health lay out; environments organisation in order to optimize the management; study of the technology of the materials and choise of the finishes; executive and building planning, safety coordination in phase of project and assistance for the release of authorizations and opinions.

SIA is a Villa Maria Group's company that operates in the cleaning, sanification and hotel sectors. It also offers consultancy services and costant support in the management of the company's image through the creation of additional and integrated services. 

Founded in 1998, the company has obtained the Quality certification 9001:2000 in 2003. This acknowledgment allows a constant control and management of all the business processes, determining the critical points of it.

The most important activities are: environmental cleaning services, cleaning and sanification of the rooms, cleaning and sanification of the furnishings.

Among the hotel services carried out: rooms rearrangement service, meals distribution and assistance in the management and change of the laundry.
