Organisation, Management and Control Pattern
Each facility of Villa Maria Group, has adopted an organisation, management and control pattern that observe the Legislative Decree n.231/2001 on administrative responsability of the companies.
This model combined with the ethical principles that direct the activity of the Group and of its controlled and connected companies, puts into effect in a coherent way the organizational and functional set-up, altogether defined as a whole by the Group in its functions of Company and operative holding, puts at the head of the direction and coordination of numerous controlled companies, that in wide measure, manage health facilities, but some of these operate in different fields also, which are the production and commercialisation of biomedical equipments and the supply of services to the enterprises and the management of hotel and Spa facilities.
Adopting this pattern, the Group emphasized the engagement to assure correctness conditions and transparency in the management of the Company and the conduction of the various business activities, in the respect of the expectations of their own shareholders, and of those who collaborate in different ways with the Company and the agiences with which this last is connected.
In order to realise this task, Villa Maria Group has decided to equip itself of an organisation, management and control pattern, able to prevent the commission of crimes and illicit behaviours on behalf of its own managers, employees, collaborators and suppliers and is aware of the requirement that to it are joined up operative protocols for specific functions, able to give full and positive realization to the principles and the rules enunciated.
