Since its foundation, Villa Maria Group has always taken care to assure a central role to the patient's needs, making one of the inspirer principles of its own assistance philosophy.

In the facilities of Villa Maria Group the citizen is guaranteed bu an attention approach in which assistance quality, professionalism and ability of the operators combine with comfort, technological innovation and welcoming, healthy and cleaned environments. 

As a work of a process aimed at giving social value to the company and ethical importance to its action, Villa Maria Group has adopted a Code of Ethics that inspires and harmonises the actions of all the staff.
A true  "Constitution" in which trust, assistance quality and human care combine with comfortable and luminous environments equipped of each service for the patient's relatives, as well as of high and advanced technological standards.

The Group's facilities try always to satisfy more better the expectations of who needs cares and treatments, offering first of all the security and effectiveness of an assistance approach but lending attention to a series of details also, connected to the welcoming of the environments, to the information system, and to the assistance and the requests of patient's relatives.

The purpose is to make assume a responsability those people who work inside the facilities of the Group, as if they were in their own house.
The guide lines and the brochure of the services help to plan, organize and programme; then all that is submitted to a sequence of checks and controls on the activities carried out.

The work of the employed staff, amongst doctors, professional nurses, technical and administrative employees is guaranteed by the quality certification that already marks the half of the Group's facilities: such procedure offers to the patient the quality of an attention approach, and to the operators the instrument to act in the respect of ethical and moral principles.
